Orders & Availability Our studio works with limited editions and one-of-a-kind items. While we strive for accuracy, an order is only confirmed once payment is processed via Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. In the rare event that an item is no longer in stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange a full refund or exchange.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Euro (€). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes incurred.

Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically dispatched via parcel service within 4–7 business days of receiving payment. Please note:

• Delivery Times: While we ship promptly, international delivery times depend on local postal services and cannot be guaranteed by the studio.
• Refused Shipments: If a delivery is refused by the buyer, original shipping costs and any return fees incurred will not be reimbursed.

Liability Our liability for lost or damaged goods is governed by Portuguese and European Consumer Law. In any event, our liability is limited to the maximum value of the transaction.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. In the event of a dispute, we encourage an amicable solution. However, the courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction. LCWORKS, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
