SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery & Shipping

All orders are shipped via professional parcel service from our studio in Portugal.

• Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Security: For your protection, all packages require a signature upon delivery.
• International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Refused Shipments: If a buyer refuses to accept an order, original shipping costs and any additional delivery fees incurred will not be reimbursed.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€). Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout:

• Portugal: Free shipping
• European Union (EU): €15

A contract is finalized only upon successful payment via Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

International Shipping (outside the EU):

Orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, UK) are subject to import VAT, customs duties, and any carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient, payable on delivery. Any orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges will be treated under our Refused Shipments policy, and original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Returns

We offer complimentary returns for our collections. All items are strictly inspected by the studio upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, and show no traces of use.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@laundryclub.studio within 15 days of receiving your order to receive your pre-paid return label.

Returns will be declined if:

• There are visible traces of use or wear.
• The product is returned without the original packaging.
• The goods are damaged due to improper return packaging.

Liability

Our liability for lost, stolen, or damaged goods is governed by Portuguese and European Consumer Law. In all instances, our liability is limited to the maximum transaction value of the order.
