The sales agreement will be confirmed after the payment went through by Paypal or Bank Transfer. It might occur that we do not have all items in stock. Please take into account that we work with limited amounts and with one of a kind items. Your order is usually shipped within 4-7 office days after we received your payment. The items will be sent via parcel service. 

Validity of the terms and conditions

We will carry out all deliveries and services on the basis of the following terms and conditions. The contract of sale is subject to European law.

Supply and conclusion of contract

Our price list and publications on the internet are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted upon receipt of the ordered goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.

Delivery conditions and delays

The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. All orders will be sent by parcel service. Your order is usually shipped within 4-7 office days after we received your payment. Packages must be signed for. International orders may take longer. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the land where the order was made; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuses to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.

Prices and payment conditions

All prices are given in euro. Shipping costs will be added. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment by Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. If the delivery address lies outside of the EU, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.

Liability

Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with European law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.

Final provision

Jurisdiction lies within the courts of Portugal. However we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. European law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed from and goods are delivered abroad. The parties will endeavour to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way. With the placing of an order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. LAUNDRYCLUB reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
