SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery conditions and delays

The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. All orders will be sent by parcel service. Your order is usually shipped within 4-7 office days after we received your payment. Packages must be signed for. International orders may take longer. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the land where the order was made; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuses to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.

Prices and payment conditions

All prices are given in euro. Shipping costs will be added. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment by Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. If the delivery address lies outside of the EU, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.

Returns

All articles will be controlled by LAUNDRYCLUB.

Returns of purchased items should be sent back to us, including all packaging and without traces of use. The customer will bear all shipping costs for returns.

No costs will be covered in the event that the item goes missing during the return shipping. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service. We do not refund costs for shipping and customs.

Liability

Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with European law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.
